It's easy to get out there & ride or walk
on a day like today--this gorgeous summer weather is awesome after what
seemed like a horribly wet winter & spring.Weekly exercise total: 210 minutes! YAY!
*I'll also be stilting at least an hour tonight, so that ought to count for something, though it's not really cardio...
