List #12: Everyday Things that Fascinate Sprout

Have you ever noticed how babies & toddlers are often much more interested in the box than the toy that came in it? Or how they'd rather play with the tupperware than the colourful developmentally appropriate toys you've bought them? Here's my list of ordinary things that Sprout loves to play with:
Hoodie pockets--yeah!

  1. Mama's wallet
  2. boxes of pasta & other packaged food
  3. shoe insoles
  4. the phone
  5. bottles of things
  6. water & other liquids
  7. plastic containers
  8. coasters
  9. balloons
  10. magazines
  11. sticks
  12. stringed instruments (guitars & ukuleles usually)
  13. elevator buttons
  14. the radio
  15. Christmas lights
  16. cutlery
  17. business cards
  18. other people's gloves
  19. the irising lens cover on our camera
  20. pockets

Why Monday lists? Reading the lovely Chloe's blog, Tea Swamp Park, I found an idea I had to 'steal': a list of all her Halloween costumes, with quite a few photos. She got the idea from Hula Seventy's List Project. I've decided to do the weekly lists for a year that Hula Seventy is doing.
