Playtex Fail

Okay, Playtex, one of the main reasons I bought your Lil Gripper straw cups for my son is because I could easily order replacement parts online. I thought it was brilliant that I could get different style lids, rather than buying a whole new cup, with all the packaging & plastic waste it entails. Now that I actually want to do that, you've changed your stupid website to forward me to 'Playtex Mommyville' & there are no replacement straws or lids to be found. 

I didn't come here to make friends, I came for a lid.

I'm not even going to get into how annoying & condescending I think the name 'Mommyville' is. No, I don't want to become a 'member' & no, I don't want your lame parenting advice. I appreciate that you're trying to seem breastfeeding-friendly, but a baby bottle & diaper company isn't where I'm going to look for tips on that. The reason I came to your site was to buy stuff. Shouldn't you be making that easier for me, considering that your company makes baby stuff to sell to people like me?
