List #28: Habits I'd like to break

Here's my Monday list, just a few days late!

Everybody has habits they hate, right? Here's a list of some I would like to change.
  1. Procrastinating
  2. Staying up until 2am writing lists for blog posts
  3. Eating sugary food too often
  4. Wasting food
  5. Starting projects & not finishing them
  6. Twirling my hair in my fingers
  7. Not stretching
  8. Sleeping in late (see #2)
  9. Eating a lot of animal products (I'm not going vegan, I'd just like to cut down)

What habits do you have that you want to break? Have you had any success kicking a habit that you'd like to share?

Why Monday lists? Reading the lovely Chloe's blog, Tea Swamp Park, I found an idea I had to 'steal': a list of all her Halloween costumes, with quite a few photos. She got the idea from Hula Seventy's List Project. I've decided to do the weekly lists for a year that Hula Seventy is doing.


  1. I'd like to break the habit of working late on my computer past 9 pm.

    1. It's hard to fit the work in with little people running around though, isn't it? I'm hoping that Sprout will still be napping by the time he goes to preschool so I'll get time in the morning AND the afternoon to write.
