Exercise Challenge: Month 7, Week 3

The soggy grey fall weather has started in earnest this week, but I managed to fit in lots of riding anyway.

En route home after The Great Big Boo.
Sunday I didn't escape the house, but got a lot of writing work done.
Monday I biked up to Fitcamp class then downtown to drop off the second of the bandanna bibs to a giveaway winner. Total riding was 65 minutes, plus 60 minutes of Fitcamp.
Tuesday I didn't get out in the morning, then had to wait at home for a delivery, which came shortly before Sprout's naptime... end result: house-bound!
Wednesday I biked down to Rogers Arena to see all the preparations for We Day & videoblog it for Telus. 35 minutes of cycling.
Thursday I got down to Rogers Arena for We Day before the downpour & then bike back home in the rain. 35 minutes of cycling.
Friday I biked Sprout over to daycare & headed downtown for a cycling workshop at the YMCA. About an hour of cycling.
Saturday we headed over to the PNE Forum to see The Great Big Boo. The ride to & fro was about 55 minutes. Later on we walked to Granville Island Toys for a train expansion pack & a quick trip to the park. Total walking was about 20 minutes, half of it carrying Sprout on my shoulders.

Weekly Total:  325 minutes of exercise. My new goal was 280 minutes a week. :)

This level of activity feels great--my knees & feet are feeling strong. Plus, it's been ages since I spent any money on transportation. :)

What is this Exercise Challenge, you ask? Read my post on Day One for details & how you can get involved too.
