|We bike to & from here Sunday.|
Monday I walked over to Main Street to do some errands, then biked to Yaletown for an appointment later. Total walking & biking was about an hour.
Tuesday we went to the Museum of Anthropology in the evening. Since we took the bus, that meant 45 minutes of walking in total.
Wednesday I did 30 minutes of walking with Sprout on my back.
Thursday was another day of babywearing--20 minutes this time. Got another fifteen minutes of walking to & from the bus later that evening too. The way back I was carrying several kilos of pennies, donated to We Create Change by the lovely CaroLyn. Thanks again, C!
Friday & Saturday I didn't get out of the house at all. I'm blaming a worse case of PMS than I usually have. At least I got a lot of writing & blog stuff done.
Weekly Total: 230 minutes of exercise this week. Short again. :P Mainly because I skipped Fitcamp both days this week. I'd have been well over if I'd only shown up to one class. Just need to motivate myself to get out on the bike in the rain.
What is this Exercise Challenge, you ask? Read my post on Day One for details & how you can get involved too.
Nothing says “best gift ever” like a caribou!

Once to the recipient with a personalized certificate and a beautiful calendar, once to the giver with a charitable tax receipt, and once to Canadian wildlife.
