Exercise Challenge: Month 9, Week 3

Did tons of baking & eating. Some of it healthy...
Sunday We walked around for about a half hour. Then I did a half hour stilting set at a Christmas Party. I'm calling that a half hour of exercise too--not quite cardio, but definitely a strength training exercise...
Monday I ran some errands around the neighbourhood: 45 minutes of walking. Then I cycled downtown for an appointment: 40 minutes total.
Tuesday I don't remember doing anything exercise-y. We decorated our tree though. :)
Wednesday I decided it would be fun to walk over to Main with Sprout in the snow. He refused to step on it & demanded the stroller, which I shoved (notice I didn't say wheeled as it skidded more than rolled) there & back. I'd say it was a good 40 minutes of exercise, both upper & lower body. :P
Thursday I lounged around the house as I'd been rather violently ill Wednesday night. I feel better quite quickly (except for the lingering head cold part. Blech.)
Friday I headed downtown to grab some last-minute sewing supplies, but I took the bus, so virtually no exercise.
Saturday I walked to Kingsgate Mall & back, about 20 minutes of exercise.

Weekly Total: 205 minutes. Haven't been doing stellar on the exercise front lately, but I'm giving myself a pass as I've been sick pretty much exactly half the week.
