Exercise Challenge: Day Seven

Today's exercise was good in terms of quantity, but not so much quality: about forty minutes of walking, none of it at a pace beyond moderate. I'm shooting for  a more vigorous I-can-still-keep-up-a-conversation-but-just-barely pace.

Unless you're doing circuits on a track, it can actually be hard to maintain a good pace in the city, when there are street lights to wait for & signs to take photos of:
