Exercise Challenge: Month 2, Day 16

Thought I'd take a break today, since I've overachieved the last few days. Then Sprout refused to nap, so I decided to take advantage of the sunny day & take him to a new park.

Cartier Park is a ten-minute bike ride away, up the hill at 37th Avenue & Prince Edward. It's a nice space: big sandy playground with stuff for various ages & a good size grass field. Somehow, it's become a place where plastic toys go to die... there are toy kitchens, work benches, climbers, slides, trucks, cars, buckets, shovels left there for anybody to play with. It's bordered by the Midtown bike path to the south & the Prince Edward bike route to the east.

Then we went out for dinner at Fray, which we walked to, so that added another 20 minutes of walking to the day's exercise.

Weekly total, four days in: 180 minutes in four days!
