List #24: Signs your toddler may be a hipster

Inspired by Harriet's post on Signs your Toddler is from Vancouver, I have written one in a similar vein.

Signs your toddler may be a hipster:

1. Owns skinny jeans before age two
2. Prefers biking to car rides
3. Thinks thick, black framed glasses are cool
4. Constantly asks for beer, particularly the homebrew
5. Favourite clothes are second hand, preferably 80s & 90s styles
6. Laughs hardest at irony
7. Is not afraid of beards on men, in fact, seems to prefer them
8. Wore American Apparel onesies
9.  Likes to accessorize with cotton scarves
10. Will deny it if asked

Why Monday lists? Reading the lovely Chloe's blog, Tea Swamp Park, I found an idea I had to 'steal': a list of all her Halloween costumes, with quite a few photos. She got the idea from Hula Seventy's List Project. I've decided to do the weekly lists for a year that Hula Seventy is doing.
