Those of you who know me in real life know how I am rarely seen without a scarf around my neck for much of the year. I've been picking up scarves here & there for years & realized that I have far too many of the things. So I recently pruned my collection & brought several to a clothing swap last week. It was nice to see them go off to new homes, draped around the neck of someone who was delighted with them in a way that I haven't been for a long time. I still have a lot of scarves left though. Despite my wide selection, I tend to wear the same one most of the time: a light jersey black & white rectangular scarf from H&M. (Confession: it's actually Oliver's. I appropriated it not long after he bought it & now he never gets to wear it)
When I saw a link on 25 ways to tie a scarf in a blog post by Frugal Girl, I had to watch the video. It's cleverly edited, easy to follow & showed me some great options for how to wear several different types of scarves. So even if I keep wearing the same scarf day in & day out, I can now wear it in a lot of different ways!
