'Rode' about 20km on my stationary cycle, which came to 40 minutes of cardio. I still haven't really done anything about adding some resistance training into my week. I've been intending to start going to deep water aquafit a few times a week--I put it into my Google calendar--but so far I haven't really planned for it & the classes come & go without me.
The good news is, I'm ahead of my goal of 30 minutes a day this week! 100 minutes in three days. :)
