Exercise Challenge: Month 8, Week 1

Our skid lids on the iBert
Sunday I went to the Mom Inc. tradeshow & did a lot of standing around, then some shopping at Costco, but only a short ten-minute walk to pick up the car.
Monday I worked the hell out of my legs with a gazillion walking lunges. Total exercise was about 70 minutes with the ride.
Tuesday I took Sprout to meet family at Brentwood mall. Walking to & from transit, plus some walking around in the mall, all while wearing Sprout in the Beco, should count as at least 40 minutes of exercise.
Wednesday I got some walking in, about 25 minutes.
Thursday I biked downtown & back, about 35 minutes all told.
Friday I made it to Fitcamp a second time & with the bike ride, got 75 minutes of exercise. We did a benchmarking class, recording our pushups, times & heart rate for various activities. At the moment, I can do nine push-ups from my knees. Here's hoping I can do more in a few months when we check again...
Saturday we walked to & from Mount Pleasant Park, about a half hour total.

Total Weekly Exercise: 285 minutes. Just squeaked past my goal of 40 minutes a day.
